HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Submit an image to be reviewed for estimate

2. A detailed estimate will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours
3. Within the e-mail will be instructions to accept estimate and to make payment
4. When payment is received work will immediately begin!
5. Within 48 hours of payment you order will be shipped out!
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WHEN THE RESTORATION / RETOUCHING IS COMPLETE?
Once work has been completed, we will send you an e-mail with a preview of your restored image.
If you are happy we will send the following items back via the United States Postal Service.
Original and Final Images Save On A CD
Final Images Will Be Saved In Two Resolutions
- Low Resolution for E-Mailing / Web
- High Resolution for Future Printing

HOW DO I SEND PICTURES TO OUTRIGGER IMAGING?
Go to the Order page then follow the directions to upload a picture, or send it by email, mail it, or arrange a
meeting in the Downtown Chicago area.
WHAT IF I WOULD RATHER NOT SEND MY OLD IMAGE THROUGH THE MAIL?
Then scan your photos onto your computer using a scanner. Then you can either e-mail or upload
the image or mail the a CD.
If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, take the photo to a Fedex Kinko's or a local Internet Café.
Just tell them you need to scan it at 300dpi and save it on a CD as a JPEG, or TIFF format.
Then you can either e-mail or upload the image or mail the a CD.
CAN OUTRIGGER IMAGING SCAN MY PHOTO?
Yes! Send the photo in the mail and we'll scan the image at no additional cost. We will make a
extremely high quality scan of the image and then return the unharmed original image with your
finished restoration.
WHAT SETTINGS SHOULD I SET MY SCANNER ?
Scan it at 300 dpi. Then save the image as a JPEG ("high" quality setting) or TIFF format.
You can then e-mail this to us or put it on a CD and mail it in a stiff protecting envelope.
WHAT FORMS OF MEDIA ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept images on electronics media such as:
CD - Zip disk - Floppy disk - Most Digital Camera Memory Cards.
We also accept printed images or developed film media such as:
Original Prints - Negatives (35mm or medium format) - Slides - Polaroid - Tintype
